Why does the analyst take an outside sampling?

Molds are everywhere, inside and outside. It is normal to find some inside. If the air sampling results indicate that the molds found inside resemble those found outdoors, whether in similar or lower amount, the residence is found not to be contaminated. Otherwise, contamination of the residence is confirmed if molds are found in greater quantities inside than outside.

How mold spreads?

Mold emit volatile spores in the air, which reproduce and spread. By cons, mold on the basement wall, tend to stay localized in one place. The air quality in other parts could be affected, but the mold will not be spread on materials, especially in the absence of moisture.

How to know if there is mold in my house?

Ask yourself some questions about your symptoms (headaches, eye irritation, runny nose, etc ...):

- Does the arrival of these symptoms coincide with my arrival in the place?
- Do the symptoms disappear when I leave the place?
